not so far from the center

not so far from the center - the ladies from the receptions were very nice

our room was near the elevator, and it was very noisy even in the night - the bathroom curtains were dirty and when they were wet they started to smell - the view from the room was horrible (we were seeing a very old and dirty building)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and good air conditioning.

Maybe the location wasn't the best. Not too many restaurants in the area.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful. The location was good for all the attractions but still a little away from the busy bits.

Staff were friendly and let us check in early for a small extra cost. They also called taxis for us to get to tourist sights and the airport. Room was all pretty tidy except hair left in the shower plug hole from previous guests. Quiet at night time and good black out curtains so had a great sleep. Overall had a great stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the location is walking distance to Golden Mountain Temple and Royal Palace. Everything was in order. Location might seem scary at first glance but it is very safe and close.

Nice lobby area, short ride from city attractions.

WiFi was slow/didn't work at times, mould in rooms and staff attempted to charge me for having mould on my pillow when I checked out.

The hotel has a nice lobby.

The hotel has a nice lobby. Our room was very spacious.

A very special, somewhat pretty bad, smell was emanating from the hotel lobby. The staff, although friendly, was relatively incompetent. In particular, it took three discussions in two days for our laundry to be done. We understood, at the end of the stay, that it must have been the fact that the different teams leave post-it notes with instructions, but do not take them into account.

Very friendly staff and basically, but clean rooms - so, good value for low price!

The staff is really very friendly and helpful!! Booked taxi-services were just perfect in time, like everything that needed to be organized/helped with! The rooms are clean and calm and there is everything you need (except an own safe).

The beds are really hard, so its only o.k., if you like that. There is no safe in the rooms.

The rooms are awesomely clean and spacious, very welcoming.

The rooms are awesomely clean and spacious, very welcoming. The staffs are very helpful. We extended our stay another four days even if the hotel's location is a bit of happening places. The breakfast were well prepared. Recommended for quiet stays.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, creating very nice atmosphere. They organised airport pick-up for me and provided with many advices about moving around the city. Decent place for fair money!

Although the room was clean and maintained daily, there were ants in the room (bathroom and wardrobe) - fortunately they did not bite (or stayed away from the bed:))

WORST MATTRESS KNOWN TO MAN.

Young gentleman working at reception was very polite. English wasn’t very good but were In Thailand & respect that

BED WAS AWFUL! blood stain on mattress, ink on sheet Reception had been updated looked fantastic bedrooms were dreary & out dated even more so on the bathroom. Shower was fixed unable to move. Suitable for anyone 6 foot plus. Window would not lock had to use the spoon the tighten the latch, air con remote had to be near enough in touch with air con to work. Stay away if you’re looking for value for money, unfortunately very disappointing
